ink. magazine overview
ink. magazine is the result of a long-term editorial project. The publication was an independent creation and utilized pre-existing articles to focus on the intersections of illustration, design, and music through articles focusing on bol, unique, and oftentimes iconic artists.
For the masthead, I wanted to have a logo that was bold yet elegant. I used a heavier, stencil-like font and utilized the shape of the serifs to create the extension that mirrors a semicolon– an essential detail to push the relation to design and type due to the inherently vague nature of the title.
